Studio Prep

We recommend finishing your making at least two weeks before the sale.

By Wednesday 3rd June, please clean and tidy your storage area. We use the sale as a chance to deep clean, so any work or materials not in your personal space may be cleared.

Deadline to bring in your work: by 7pm on Thursday 4th June.
Late work may only be displayed in your personal space.

Not around before the sale? Leave clearly labelled instructions with your work to identify what’s for sale vs what’s to be kept in storage.

Promotion

The Kiln Rooms will promote the Summer Sale via socials, mailing list, press coverage & flyering.

But we need your help too! Please take photos, make and share content in the run-up to the event.

Sales, Payment & Pricing

Every piece must be labelled with your name (initial + surname) and price. Stickers provided.

Any additional blurbs or contact info should be displayed in your storage area.

All sales must go through the front desk.

You’ll receive an email the week after the sale with payment details. We’ll ask for your bank info to complete a BACs transfer.

As with all sales, we can’t rule out theft – please be vigilant, and we recommend keeping a written record of what you put in the sale.

*We reserve the right to remove undervalued work that doesn’t align with our pricing guidelines. Pricing consistency is important across the studios. If you’re unsure, ask a staff member and remember not to undersell yourself!
