Studio Prep
-
We recommend finishing your making at least 2 weeks before the show.
-
By Tuesday 3rd June: clean and tidy your storage area. We use the sales as an opportunity to deep clean, so any work / materials which are not in your personal storage space could be cleared.
-
Deadline to bring in a considered selection of your work: Wednesday 4th June, 7pm.
Work brought in after this may only be displayed in your personal space. -
Not around before the show? Leave clear instructions with your work and label what’s for sale vs storage.

Sales, Payment & Pricing
-
Label every piece with the name you have signed up with. Either full name or initial of first name and surname (stickers provided).
-
Display any extra blurbs or contact info clearly in your storage area.
-
All sales go through our front desk—no individual payments should be taken.
-
If you sell work you will be emailed the week after the show with details of how to get paid. We’ll ask for your bank details to make a BACs transfer.
-
Unfortunately, during open studios there can occasionally be thefts. We ask everyone to be vigilant and always have an extra couple of people on the rota to minimise the likelihood of this happening. We recommend that you keep a record of the work you put into the sale.
-
The Kiln Rooms may remove any undervalued work that conflicts with our pricing standards. It’s important that there is consistency throughout the studios. If you are unsure, please speak to a member of staff (and please don’t undersell yourself!). Please scroll down for guidance on pricing.
